Welcome to Forest Path Therapy

Whether you’re navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, relationship challenges, or the exhaustion of living within systems that don’t honor our full humanity, therapy can offer a space to pause and reconnect. I believe you are already whole, wise, and worthy — even if parts of you have learned patterns that make that hard to feel.

Therapy is an invitation to explore those patterns with curiosity and care, to reconnect mind, body, and spirit, and to remember who you are beneath survival. I would be honored to support you as you walk your path.

About me

Nature is one of the places where I remember who I am, and that grounding presence shapes how I work as a therapist. I am a parent, and I hold a deep awareness of how systems, oppression, and culture impact our mental health, relationships, and sense of belonging. I am LGBTQ+ affirming.

My approach is collaborative and relational. I practice exquisite listening and support people in reconnecting with their independent thinking, power, and humanness. I don’t see therapy as something I do — we co-create the path together.

I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), which is rooted in self-compassion and the belief that there are no bad parts of us. I also understand that what we feel in the present is often connected to earlier experiences — from our life history, birth experience, and experiences held in the body.

I value creativity, imagination, and expanded ways of knowing. I am pursuing training as a Holotropic Breathwork Facilitator and can support clients in preparing for and integrating experiences with expanded states of consciousness.

I trained at the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIIS) with a focus on community mental health. My education emphasized whole-person healing — integrating mind, body, spirit, and social context, including all our identities.

My intention is to offer a space where you can explore, reflect, and reconnect with who you are beneath survival.

Insurance:

As of April 1, 2026 I will be an in-network provider for individuals with Premera, Lifewise, and most Blue Cross plans. Otherwise I am an out-of-network provider, which means my services are not covered by all insurance panels. If your insurance plan allows for out-of-network reimbursement, our sessions will likely be covered by your provider at an out-of-network rate. I can provide you with a monthly “super-bill” which is a detailed receipt that can be directly submitted to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I am happy to answer any questions you have regarding this process.
